ABOUT ME
I have a Bachelors degree in psychology from Pitzer College in Claremont, California, and a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles, California.
During my post graduate internships at Being Alive and Southern California Counseling Center I recieved comprehensive trainings in Family Therapy, EFT, Couples Therapy, Play Therapy, child development, high conflict divorce, non-conforming sexual lifestyles, LGBTQIA Affirmative Therapy, long-term illness survivors, Community Resiliency Model, and more.
I use an integrative approach which draws from Relational Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy to meet the specific needs of each client.
I was certified at the Trauma Resource Institute for CRM.
I am a member of CAMFT (California association of Marriage and Family Therapists).
